How we handle your data at Qunarovexa
At Qunarovexa S.A.S. (“Qunarovexa”, “we”) we believe your personal data belongs to you. This policy explains, in clear language, what information we collect when you browse qunarovexa.com or contact us, what we use it for, and the rights you have under Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Act (Law 25.326) and related regulation in force in 2026.
1. Data controller
Qunarovexa S.A.S., CUIT 30-71789456-3, with registered address at Av. Corrientes 1234, 8th floor “B”, C1043AAZ, City of Buenos Aires, is the controller of the personal data collected through this site. You can reach us at contacto@qunarovexa.com.
2. What we collect
We only collect what we need: (i) the data you voluntarily share through the contact form (name, email and message); (ii) basic technical browsing data (truncated IP address, device type, browser language) in aggregated form and, if you allow it, through measurement cookies; (iii) advertising interaction events, only if you enable advertising cookies.
3. What we use it for
We use your data to respond to your inquiries, improve how the site works, prevent abuse, comply with legal duties and, when you consent, measure the performance of our campaigns. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent when you submit the form or accept optional cookies, on pre-contractual measures you request (replying to your inquiry) and on Qunarovexa’s legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and operational.
5. Retention
We keep contact form data for up to 24 months from our last exchange, unless Argentine law sets a different period. Measurement data is kept in aggregated form for up to 14 months.
6. Third parties
We may share limited data with providers acting under our instructions: web hosting services, measurement tools (Google Analytics 4) and advertising platforms (Google Ads), always aligned with Google Consent Mode v2 and the corresponding data-processing agreements.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection and portability at any time. Write to contacto@qunarovexa.com with the subject “Personal data”. You may also file complaints with Argentina’s Public Information Access Agency (AAIP) at argentina.gob.ar/aaip.
8. Updates to this policy
If we update this policy we will publish the new version on this page, indicating the date of revision. Substantial changes are notified through a visible notice on the site.
