Rules of use for qunarovexa.com

These Terms govern access and use of the site qunarovexa.com (the “Site”) operated by Qunarovexa S.A.S. By browsing the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, we ask you not to continue browsing.

1. About the Site’s content

The Site describes the real estate crowdlending model that Qunarovexa will offer in Argentina and shares educational materials about the local real estate market. This information is published for informative purposes only and does not constitute, under any circumstances, financial, accounting, legal or investment advice.

2. No public offering

The content of the Site is not a public offering of securities nor an invitation to invest under Argentine Capital Markets Law 26.831. Specific projects, their conditions, risks and contractual documentation are communicated individually to eligible persons and within the applicable regulatory framework.

3. Account and data accuracy

You agree to provide truthful, up-to-date information when using the contact form and not to impersonate third parties. Qunarovexa may choose not to reply to messages it considers fraudulent, automated or clearly out of context.

4. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, texts, trademarks, logos, images and other materials are owned by Qunarovexa S.A.S. or its licensors. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Any other use requires prior written authorisation.

5. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site operational and the information up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law, Qunarovexa is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or losses arising from the use of the Site in the absence of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Third-party links

The Site may include links to pages operated by third parties (for example social networks or measurement providers). Qunarovexa does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or policies.

7. Real estate market risks

Every investment in real estate projects, including real estate crowdlending, carries risks: variation in construction timelines, macroeconomic, regulatory and market conditions, among others. Past or estimated returns do not guarantee future results.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms when we consider it necessary. The current version is the one published on this page, with its update date.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
